A 60-minute one-on-one coaching session (remote or in person)

We trained through University of Cape Town GSB which partners with Centre for Coaching and New Ventures West in Switzerland and USA. The course is verified through ACSTH which requires a certain number of Approved Coach Specific Training Hours [ACSTH] in Core Coaching Competencies through the International Coaching Federation [ICF].

During our first discovery conversation -together we will decide how many sessions will best support your desired outcomes. We will likely meet for between 6 and 12 sessions.
Life coaching rates depend on what your requirements are. We will design a tailored package just for you. Integrative Life Coaching rates can be charged either per hour or project and will vary depending on your choice of coach and your specific needs. We do offer package discounts when purchasing 10 or more sessions upfront.
