Michele, my coach …… I have been a training facilitator for many years, and have trained courses relating to emotional intelligence, resilience, assertiveness and the like. But I was blown away by Michele’s ability to turn the light onto me, to encourage me to look deep inside myself at the attitudes and fears that have been holding me back without my even knowing it. It’s been an interesting and rewarding journey, and one which I intend to continue with Michele. Michele has the ability to ask the questions to get to the heart of issues, and the capacity to really listen without advising or interrupting. One of her strongest skills is her ability to empathise, to walk in one’s shoes without judging or patronizing. Michele has a deep understanding of what holds people back as well as what propels them to achieve. She reads widely, and applies what she has learned through these readings and through her own life experience. I think that one of the aspects that I loved most about my sessions with Michele was her intrinsic humaneness, her kindness and her ethical approach. She is principled and honest, which gave me the freedom to be vulnerable without fear of judgement. If you are having problems finding your “Why”, your mission, that which makes you leap out of bed in the morning, Michele will help you. If you are frustrated because you’re not achieving your goals and seem to be repeating counter-productive patterns of behaviour, Michele will help you. She will help you with establishing boundaries in your personal and business life, with asserting yourself and having those difficult conversations with colleagues and family. Most of all, Michele will help you to help yourself. I don’t say this lightly – Michele has the passion for what she does, the capacity and the integrity and the skill to help you to be the best possible you.
